    Dear Customer,

    We apologise for the late notice. However, upgrades are being performed on both the core routers in our Wolverhampton data centres.

    This means that customers attached to these devices will experience a short blip in connectivity (less than 15 minutes).

    This work is being carried out when the network traffic is at its lowest, to minimise the impact on as few customers as possible.

    This will affect our Virtual Private Servers, Virtual Dedicated Servers, Website Hosting Services, Dedicated Servers, Game Hosting Servers, as well as other services in the table below.

    Where there is redundancy in place for systems, they will maintain operational, as they are designed to remain online, even when a core router is offline. However, these are still listed below.
