Dear Customer,

Continuing from our last phone system maintenance, we will be making further upgrades to the system. This may result in a brief downtime of our VoltHosting phone numbers.

If you want to contact us during this brief period, and the phone call fails, please reach out to us via live chat, support ticket, Discord, email, or many of the other ways to get in touch.

We will be performing upgrades to the VoltHosting phone system. This means that the VoltHosting contact numbers may be "at risk" for a short time.

We don't anticipate any downtime, but we are putting this notice out as a precaution.

Alternative forms of contact are live chat, support ticket, Discord, email, and many other methods.

Dear Customer,

To maintain a performant, secure environment, we will perform network-wide system upgrades across our network on most Linux-based systems.

This will result in minor downtime (of less than 5 minutes) for several VoltHosting services.

To avoid disruption, we are performing these upgrades late at night; however, we apologise for any disruption caused.

Where systems are redundant (such as our mail security gateways, or high-availability VPS/VDS services), each system will have its upgrade applied separately, so these services will not be affected by this scheduled maintenance.

Dear Customer,

Due to a vulnerability published by cPanel. We will be performing immediate updates to our cPanel servers and cPanel nameservers.

It is unlikely that customers will notice any drop in service during this period, but there may be a brief period (a couple of seconds) of outage while services restart.
