Due to engineer availability, the maintenance has been delayed. However, the work is now in progress.
Your VPS/VDS machines and other internal resources will be gracefully shutdown shortly.
We are starting with cloud02-slv02. Additional updates will not be provided per hypervisor. You will be notified once the maintenance is completed.
We appreciate your patience during this maintenance window! We expect that the estimated downtime per hypervisor will be approximately 10 minutes.

Dear Customer,
We plan to upgrade the hardware on our Hypervisor nodes. This upgrade will provide you with updated hardware and performant hosting solutions. This upgrade includes upgrading the CPU to a newer model, and upgrading the RAM capacity and speed, across all hypervisor nodes.
This upgrade will require your virtual machines (VPS/VDS) to be powered down for the short maintenance window.
We will prepare the systems as much as possible before gracefully shutting down your servers. Once the hypervisor has been upgraded, we will power on your server again. We expect that the estimated downtime for this service will be around 10 minutes per hypervisor.
This upgrade will be done across all of VoltHostings hypervisor nodes, one at a time.
This maintenance window will also affect VoltHosting services which are running on our shared hypervisor nodes. Please check the table for all affected services.
Critical services are high availability, meaning that there are multiple nodes in a cluster running the software. They are on different hypervisors, and thus will not experience downtime, but are included in the table.
We apologise for the short downtime, but this maintenance is essential to continue providing you with high-quality, powerful, reliable and secure hosting solutions.
