    They are replacing the affected device now.

    On Tuesday, we will be migrating customers from our Plesk server to our new and improved Plesk server!.

    Customers on our existing CentOS Plesk servers will be moved to our new server running CloudLinux, which delivers the very best security, reliability and performance. The new servers also feature newer hardware, such as newer CPUs, better SSDs and the latest generation memory.

    Customers should not need to do anything during and after the migration if you use our existing Plesk nameservers, your website will seamlessly point to the new servers without requiring any action.

    If you do not use our nameservers, we will provide you with a new IP address to point your DNS records to shortly.

    We expect total downtime for the migration to be less than a minute (so not noticeable). The migration will be seamless.

    Our *.volthosting.net SSL certificate is now up for renewal, so we are doing this tonight on our systems.

    All of the changes have been applied, however, some services require a full system restart in order to apply fully.

    As a result, the VoltHosting official email services (and management network) will be partially offline for a short while.

    All emails sent to us will be held in our upstream email proxy service, so will not be lost. However, outgoing mail may not be sent for a short while.

    There is not much notice given to customers for this maintenance as it does not have a significant user impact. Most users shouldn't notice or be affected by this.

    We plan to upgrade our mail gateways to the latest version, as the current version is coming near EOL.

    We will perform this upgrade one at a time, so at least one mail gateway is operational, so there will be no drop in service.
